Convention 2013 Shares

How wonderful to be able to share the creativity and passion of 700 other women! Some of the shared projects from the 2013 South Pacific Stampin Up Convention.

SU 2013 South Pacific Convention WOW!!!

WOW WOW WOW!! I've spent the last three days at the 2013 Stampin Up South Pacific Convention. What a fantastic experience, love love loved it all, the speakers the workshops, the free products and most of all the sharing caring people. A huge thanks to all the people who were responsible for organising and working at the convention. 700 registered attendees had a fantastic time! Tomorrow I'll post some of the shared projects.

Hi this Journal is for my sister, who lives in Melbourne and was registered to attend convention as well however she is in hospital and isn't expected to be discharged until late next week so is unable to attend now, she was so looking forward to her first convention. I will be going down to Melbourne to spend some time with her after convention, so I guess I will be doing double the shopping now!

My Class next Tuesday has asked to make Journal Covers so this week I have been creating a few so they have some ideas to inspire their own creativity.

I purchased the journals from Kmart and removed the plastic covers replacing them with cardstock and dsp.

DSP: Flirtatious Specialty Paper.
Big Shot Die Sizzlits Large Delicate Doilies, Dress Up Framelits.
Embellishments: Basic Pearls, 5/8" Vintage Flower Trim, Midnight Muse Satin Stitched Ribbon.
