Family Wedding

April has been a very busy month in our household, our eldest son was married on the 28th April.We all had a fantastic day. Needless to say Mum made the invitations. Aunty Bee and Mum made the Place names, which also served as wedding favours, containing after dinner mints and the table decorations. The house has been full of visitors for the last two weeks hence the lack of blogging over that time.

Table Set Up

The table decorations were made using dried hydrangeas which were spray painted with white paint which still allowed a hint of the flowers original colour to show through and silver glitter was added. My sister inlaw made 15 oblong boxes which were painted black (Wedding theme was White Black and Silver) and filled these with oasis to hold the hydrangeas, then ribbons and organza were added to complete.
