Here is another of the cards I have made using the Dress Up Framelits

Cardstock: Basic Black, Orchid Opulence, Whisper White.

Ink: Perfect Plum

Stamp: Pretty Petites

DSP: Floral District.

Punches: Petite Curly Label, Bird Builder, 3/4" Circle.

Polka Dot embossing folder, Dress Up Framelits, Basic Rhinestones.

Dress Up Birthday Card

I made this card for a lovely friend of mine. I used my Dress up Framelits for the first time, magic! My card was inspired by Deborah Ramyer's cards on Stampin Connection.
